The amount of product in the salon and in the online store may not match in exceptional cases. Therefore, delivery times may differ from the estimated time of delivery when placing the order, and we may not be able to fulfill your order completely or may only partially fulfill it. In such cases, the Buyer will be informed immediately.

Important:
Advance booking is required and can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the booked time. We recommend advance booking as our schedules are very tight and most of the time it is not possible to provide the service immediately.
